PARTICIPANT T-SHIRT & SIZE CHART

Select your t-shirt size carefully using the size chart in the event images. Measurements may vary slightly due to production tolerance.

Shirt sizes are subject to availability after the announced size selection deadline. Changes after submission cannot be guaranteed.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By registering for MUD VOLCANO RUN 2026, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. ELIGIBILITY

1.1 Participation is open to individuals aged 16 years old and above.
1.2 The minimum age requirement applies to both the 15KM and 10KM categories.
1.3 Participants must meet the age requirement on the Event date.
1.4 The Organiser reserves the right to verify the Participant's age and registration information.
1.5 Any Participant found to be below the required age or who has provided false information may be disqualified without refund.

2. REGISTRATION

2.1 Registration opens on 24 August 2026 and closes on 7 November 2026, or earlier when the available participant capacity is reached.
2.2 For participants who registered after 30 September, they will have to accept closest available t-shirt size.
2.3 Registration is on a first come, first served basis.
2.4 Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
2.5 Registration is only confirmed upon successful payment.
2.6 Participants are responsible for checking that all information submitted during registration is correct.
2.7 The Organiser shall not be responsible for issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the Participant.

3. REGISTRATION FEES & PAYMENT

3.1 Registration fees are based on the rates published by the Organiser at the time of registration.
3.2 Registration fees must be paid in full through the official registration and payment channel.
3.3 Registration is only valid after successful payment.
3.4 Participants are responsible for retaining their payment confirmation and registration details.

4. LAUNCH SPECIAL RATE

4.1 The Launch Special Rate is limited to 100 participants per category.
4.2 The rate is offered on a first come, first served basis.
4.3 Once the allocated quota is fully taken, the Launch Special Rate will no longer be available.
4.4 The Organiser reserves the right to close, extend or amend the promotional period or quota where necessary.

5. RACE PARTICIPATION

5.1 Participants must participate in the race category for which they are registered.
5.2 Participants must wear the official race t-shirt and bib provided by the Organiser.
5.3 Race bibs are strictly personal and must not be transferred, sold or used by another person without prior approval from the Organiser.
5.4 Participants must follow the designated race route and all instructions given by the Organiser, race officials, marshals, medical personnel and relevant authorities.
5.5 Participants acknowledge that the race involves different terrain, including asphalt, gravel, forest and beach areas.

6. RUNNER'S ENTITLEMENT

6.1 Each registered Participant is entitled to:

• Participant T-Shirt
• Running Bib
• Finisher Medal
• E-Certificate

6.2 T-shirt sizes are subject to the options and availability provided during registration.
6.3 The Organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to participant entitlements where necessary.

7. CANCELLATION & REFUND

7.1 Cancellation is only applicable to tickets purchased under the Launch Special Rate.
7.2 Tickets purchased under all other registration rates are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable once payment has been successfully completed.
7.3 Cancellation requests for Launch Special Rate tickets must be submitted through the official channel provided by the Organiser and within the cancellation period determined by the Organiser.
7.4 Cancellation requests submitted after the permitted cancellation period will not be eligible for a refund.
7.5 Any approved cancellation and refund will be subject to the procedures and terms determined by the Organiser.
7.6 Participants who are unable to attend the Event are not automatically entitled to a refund.

8. REGISTRATION TRANSFER

8.1 Registration is strictly for the registered Participant.
8.2 Registration transfer to another person is not permitted unless prior approval is obtained from the Organiser.
8.3 Participants must not sell, resell, exchange or transfer their race entry or race bib without approval.
8.4 Any unauthorised transfer may result in disqualification.

9. SAFETY & PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY

9.1 Participation in MUD VOLCANO RUN 2026 is undertaken at the Participant's own risk.
9.2 Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit and medically able to participate.
9.3 Participants acknowledge that trail and adventure running may involve risks associated with uneven surfaces, gravel, forest areas, beach areas, mud, weather conditions and natural surroundings.
9.4 Participants must follow all safety instructions issued by the Organiser, marshals, medical personnel and relevant authorities.
9.5 The Organiser reserves the right to stop or withdraw a Participant where necessary for safety or medical reasons.

10. RACE RULES & DISQUALIFICATION

10.1 Participants must comply with all Event rules, regulations and instructions.
10.2 Participants may be disqualified for:

• Cheating or attempting to gain an unfair advantage
• Taking an unauthorised shortcut
• Using another Participant's race bib
• Receiving unauthorised assistance
• Deliberately obstructing another Participant
• Abusive or unsportsmanlike behaviour
• Littering along the race route
• Any conduct that may endanger others

10.3 Disqualified Participants will not be entitled to a refund.
10.4 The Organiser's decision regarding disqualification shall be final, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

11. RACE RESULTS & PRIZES

11.1 Race results will be determined based on the official timing system and race procedures established by the Organiser.
11.2 Participants must complete the designated race route and comply with the Event rules to be eligible for official results and prizes.
11.3 Winners may be required to provide valid identification for prize verification and collection.
11.4 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found to have violated the Event rules.

12. WEATHER, POSTPONEMENT & EVENT CHANGES

12.1 The Organiser reserves the right to postpone, cancel, modify, shorten or suspend the Event or any race category due to weather conditions, natural hazards, safety concerns, government directives, venue restrictions or other circumstances beyond the Organiser's reasonable control.
12.2 The Organiser may make changes to the race route, schedule, flag-off time, race procedures or other Event arrangements where necessary.
12.3 Significant changes will be communicated through the official Event communication channels where reasonably possible.
12.4 Any arrangements relating to registration, refunds or deferment arising from Event postponement or cancellation will be determined by the Organiser based on the circumstances.

13. PHOTOGRAPHY & PUBLICITY

13.1 Photographs, videos and other recordings may be taken during the Event.
13.2 By participating, Participants acknowledge that they may appear in photographs, videos or other Event recordings.
13.3 The Organiser may use such photographs, videos and recordings for Event documentation, publicity, marketing and promotional purposes through its official communication channels and media platforms.

14. PERSONAL DATA

14.1 Personal information collected during registration will be used for purposes related to the administration and operation of MUD VOLCANO RUN 2026.
14.2 This may include registration processing, race administration, participant communication, emergency contact purposes, race timing, results, prize administration and distribution of participant entitlements.
14.3 Participant information will be handled in accordance with applicable Malaysian personal data protection laws.

15. LIABILITY

15.1 To the extent permitted by applicable law, Participants acknowledge and accept the risks associated with participating in the Event.
15.2 Participants are responsible for their own safety, conduct and personal belongings during the Event.
15.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16. GOVERNING LAW

16.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
16.2 Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the Event shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

17. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By completing the registration and payment process, Participants confirm that they:

• Are 16 years old and above;
• Have provided accurate and complete registration information;
• Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions; and
• Agree to comply with all Event rules, safety instructions and requirements issued by the Organiser.
